Great facilities and warm welcome by staff. However Consultation cost 30€ and was done in literally 2mins, where the Dr didn’t bother to get up from their chair to examine me or answer any of my concerns regarding treatment thoroughly. Was promised when booking to receive a Laser Testschuss which didn’t happen. Felt robbed.

Update: The HY Studio team was kind enough to refund me the consultation fee and apologized multiple times for the inconvenience.

This is actually a review for both studios. And I was not happy with either. I had been to Mitte & Charlottenburg both, for consultations. Doctors seem to change a lot there, you don’t get a sense of one expert really working the clinic, that can put their name behind the result. And I didn’t feel 100% like I was in good hands, so perhaps it was my mistake that I went ahead with filler for cheeks. The job was so poorly done, the injection was not in the cheek on one side but rather under my eye, which has left me with a horrible lump, and as filler tends to attract water/moisture, the lump looks even more exaggerated if I had cried or drink alcohol. I constantly look puffy and unwell on one side. Fast forward a year and a half later, and even with their offer to dissolve it for free, the lump is still there, it’s settled for good it seems. (And has migrated even more towards under my eye area.)

Two stars for the friendly reception and the cute studios….however, you really kind of end up paying for all their interior design, marketing and the locations. The actual doctors are not worth it, zero expertise. One of them was pretty rude and was trying to blame me for not knowing what I wanted with my procedure and where to inject filler (what a joke. I certainly didn’t want to look like an alcoholic for 1.5 years!) The whole thing is way overpriced compared to other smaller clinics that don’t have posters plastered all over town.

I had a very pleasant experience. Dr Noor Bawadekji was patient and well informed. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I felt comfortable with everything. He was very knowledgeable and conservative in what he suggested for me. I definitely can recommend this practice!

So far it’s been great! The consultation appointment was super helpful and the doctor took a great time to explain everything to me. Before proceeding with any discussed treatment plan, he did a patch test to see how my skin would react so I can be a candidate for laser. I felt that all my concerns were heard and the doctor was cautious with my skin. I recommend!

I would not recommend HY studio for anyone, payment is the scam scheme.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent treatment at your facility by filing a complaint. First and foremost, I want to emphasize that the doctor who treated me was friendly. However, there are several points that have left me less than satisfied.

One particular issue that bothered me was the pricing structure. On your website, prices are only listed as “starting from” without further details or information. It was mentioned during the in-person consultation that I was informed of the specific price for the treatment, ONLY after the treatment. This approach led to a certain level of uncertainty on my part, as the final price depended on the attending doctor, resulting in potential variations.

Furthermore, in hindsight, I charged twice more for the 2nd visit, since Reservation team changed the doctor, and it was communicated to me properly. This impression was also confirmed by another review I read. It would have been preferable to be transparently informed about the costs of the recommended products from the outset, enabling me to make an informed decision. Cost reduction or additional treatment for follow up wasn’t offered at all!

I want to emphasize that I am expressing this complaint in a constructive manner and hope that my feedback contributes to the improvement of your services. It would be helpful if you could communicate prices more clearly in the future, both on your website and during the consultation. Additionally, it would be desirable to make the recommendation of products more transparent, allowing patients to make informed decisions.

So happy with the result. Have been a Hy client for almost two years and do my forehead, Zornesfalte, and now a lip flip for the first time. I’m always treated by Hector and couldn’t be happier!
