From the first consultation for my concern to the last session of the treatment,my experience at Isya Aesthetics was fantastic. I am thankful to Dr. Kiran for her expertise and her team, they have been very caring and supportive. I’m so happy with my results.
Management is extremely poor
I’ve visited Isya twice. During my first visit, I was made to wait 45 minutes. Before my second appointment, I specifically informed the team, both when booking and upon arrival, that I had an important meeting and could not wait more than 10 minutes. Despite this, I was kept waiting for 25 minutes, and I ultimately had to leave due to prior commitments. The way you treat your clients reflects the overall professionalism of the clinic. While Dr. Kiran is wonderful, the time management is extremely poor.
would love to visit again
I’ve got my laser hair reduction from Isya and loving the results just after 2-3 sessions. The staff is extremely professional and absolutely love the vibes of the clinic. Dr Kiran is such a knowledgeable doctor would love to visit again for other services as well.
my acne issues are gone
I have been going to Isya since the last 4 months , all my acne issues are gone . I really appreciate the doctors and staff over there , wonderful people 🫶
There are way better doctors
I had my first consultation today and was very disappointed. Dr Kiran came across to me as uninterested and hardly spent more than 5 minutes during consultation. I got generic suggestions and juice recipes.. 😂 Well you don’t have to pay so much for getting that information. It’s freely available online. Also I was recommended to get a Miracle facial done which apparently costs around 26k. Didn’t go for it, therefore not sure if it is effective or not. Don’t recommend this clinic to anyone. I am sure there are way better doctors out there who show interest and spend more time before prescribing facials.
