I just started Laser Away. I can confidently say that my first experience was exceptional. I am so excited to be on this journey with them. I am excited for my next appointment. The girls are very insightful, helpful and supportive. If you’re thinking of doing hair removal, I recommend LaserAway!!
Scam
LaserAway has been a nightmare, with poor scheduling, canceled appointments, and $1,500 wasted on unused services. Attempts to address issues with management were met with unhelpful sales reps, highlighting their lack of accountability. Avoid this place—it’s a scam focused on sales, not service.
Everyone’s so nice and friendly
LaserAway in SLC, UT have been amazing! Everyone’s so nice and friendly, especially with working around your schedule and rescheduling. The staff are amazing, I love Shanese and Mae! I’ve been going for my Brazilian and armpit session, this time I’m doing facials and I’m loving the results so far!
Disappointing
My experience at the Salt Lake location was pleasant, but I was misled about permanent hair removal. Despite completing 8 sessions and spending $3,000, my hair fully regrew within five months. False promises and wasted money—disappointing!
The results have been transformative
To assist my weightloss, I used their Coolscuplting services. The staff has been fantastic and the facility is clean and quiet. The results have been transformative and I’m slimmer and fitter thanks to diet, exercise, and coolscuplting. I definitely recommend LaserAway now to my friends.
Unprofessional and dishonest
I paid over $2,000 for CoolSculpting, only to be burned and left with a damaged tattoo because they ignored my heavy stomach tattoos during consultation. Despite multiple calls, no one has addressed my refund request, showcasing their lack of accountability. Avoid this place—it’s all about sales, not proper care or honesty.

Terrible experience with the sales/financial support team—over 10 follow-ups in months with only one response. My ongoing claim remains unresolved, and they continue to ignore me weeks later. Avoid this company at all costs!
Great experience with Mae
Had such a great experience with Mae. She is so kind and efficient. The facility is clean and inviting. Loved the girls up front who were so kind to me upon checking in. I would recommend coming here for all your beauty needs!
