This is an ex-business run by scammer it seems. A lot of people who have used Groupons to get services here are not able to anymore. Groupon has to do right by the consumers and pay them back.
Ghosted Before Third Appointment - No Show, No Refund
Not happy to be writing this review because things were going swimmingly until they ghosted me before my third tattoo removal appointment (that I already paid for!!!). I see from another review that they texted them to say they had closed? I got no such text, but believe it. I made a 3.5 hour trip to find their doors closed during business hours. Stay away from this place!
Closed Without Notice, Lost $300
Deserves ZERO stars. I have a groupon for tattoo removal. Made the appointment. Went to the appointment as scheduled and they are closed. Nobody answering the phones no one there at all. I tried to fet a refund through groupon and they cant give me one. I cant get services I paid for. Avoid this place well they are probably out of business anyway. I can see why. Im out $300.
Thorough, Attentive Care with Crystal
So far I’ve had a great experience with laser working with Crystal and the whole team! With the initial visit, they took my existing health condition seriously and consulted the on-site physician for the best care. Crystal is thorough and attentive and I’m super happy with my decision to have laser at this location!
