NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE!
NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE! IT IS TERRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I came to my appointment 15 min early to be told to wait, not being told how long. After AN HOUR goes by they call me up just to be told that they couldn’t treat me! Completely unacceptable.
DO NOT GO HERE.
They sold me a package of six sessions that should be completed in 6 months and it’s been over a year and I still didn’t complete them because the machine is always BROKEN. In two instances I made an appointment, did all the preparation to get there and only when I arrived they let me know the machine is broken.

The service is great
The staff makes you feel at home especially if is your first time, i did my lazer hair removal and the results are great. The place is clean and they use the lazer machine base on your skin type. Overall my experience everytime I go is excellent, i been going with the coral gables office for 4 years now and the results are amazing , will continue coming

They also had the newest technology for laser hair removal so I essentially felt NOTHING – quick and painless. The prices are also very fair + they had discounted packages. Overall, I feel confident in saying I will be an ongoing customer 🙂
