Had a bbl done by doctor bronstein and everything was amazing. I’m so happy with my results. The staff is attentive, they answer all questions you have and follow up with you in a timely manner. My recommendation though, for all surgeries anywhere, is to always do prior research for post op care. You should know in advance to booking what to expect, which helps with final questions you have. Mia aesthetics gives some post op notes but if you are going in for a serious procedure such as the bbl please do your own research! It’ll benefit you at the end of the day.

Did not feel well informed. They do not meet you in person until the day of your surgery and then tell you what is a realistic result. Had I known I’d end up with a bit of tummy fat after surgery maybe I would’ve postponed and lost a bit more weight, but instead they just let you know they can do the surgery and take your money. Then the day of, your kind of stuck or loose your money. I asked in advance about this but they won’t let you speak to a doctor. So a call center lady assured me my expectations were realistic and would be as I expected. Also, After surgery I had no idea how I was to communicate my worries and I felt more anxiety then I should’ve because I felt I was going to slip through the cracks as I wasn’t being followed up with in a timely fashion. I had complications which I know can arise as part of any procedure but I wasn’t being kept in the loop. I was being prescribed many things over two months and I was constantly afraid. After two months I was told what the issue was and the plan of action but the first two months of not knowing or fully understanding my situation caused undue stress. Dr. Sisto is great and results are fine, but the communication you have to go through isn’t something I would rate top notch. It’s pretty much if you don’t know to ask the proper questions then nothing will be told to you. On the up side there were great nurses and I am happy with my final results even with a bit of tummy fat left over. Working on the communication and spending more time informing the clients would do wonders. It was my first surgery so perhaps for someone with more knowledge this would not have been the same experience.

Everyone was attentive and nice to me. All of my questions were answered by the doctor and nurses. The massages were helpful during recovery.

I didn’t go in telling him how to do his job. I asked what can be done with what he had to work with. I wanted realistic expectations. Even at three days post op I’m seeing improvement. Now it’s up to me to maintain the work he did. I’m satisfied.

Overall I had a great experience with Dr. Bronstein and the team. I went in a couple days ago for a BBL and I’m very pleased with the work he did. I have nothing bad to say about my experience. It was quick and easy experience. I can’t wait to see my full results. My only reason for giving a 4 out 5 was because I feel like they don’t enough information for after care. I was kinda just handed everything and it felt like good luck.

Mia aesthetics in Chicago is where I went to have a breast augmentation done with Dr.Bronstein. The staff and doctor were very professional. They were very welcoming and friendly. They answered all my questions and made me feel safe and confident in my decisions. The doctor listened and understood exactly what I was looking for. He understood the assignment lol. I couldn’t be more happier with my results! They really do care about your healing process and maintaining a safe surgery. I never felt like a number in the waiting room. I want to do a review on RHYAN SHE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !! She was the first person I seen and talk to when I arrived for my pre opp appt !! When I say she answered every question and was so polite and kind and re assuring very patient !! I think she should have more credit which she plays a big part of the experience at mia aesthetics!! The experience was great with Mia!! My Dr was Dr. Bronstein I love my BBL results I am still healing but overall I am happy with my bbl, the staff was great Dr. Bronstein was super nice! I 100% recommend this place !

I had breast augmentation done in October 2023. Since then I am experiencing pain in my right breast constantly and my nipple is painful to touch. I am awaiting a follow up to get back in the doctor. Originally I was told there may be a fee. I hope not for something like this after the price I paid. My experience was great. My breast look good. I just need this figured out as the internet readings have me nervous.
