Had a great experience
I had a great experience here. I had to bring my baby, which made me late, but everyone was so kind and understanding. Brooke did great on my masseter injections! I will definitely be back.
Had two disappointing experiences
I had two disappointing experiences at Modern SLC, with excessive wait times, unacknowledged delays, and poor bedside manner from Hillary. The staff showed little interest or courtesy, and the push for tips and upselling felt unprofessional. With subpar results and many better options in Salt Lake, I won’t be returning.
Rushed appointments and lack of personalized care
Hillary’s business seems overextended, resulting in rushed appointments and lack of personalized care. The absence of numbing cream makes injections unnecessarily painful, and her dismissive attitude toward client preferences is disappointing. I can no longer recommend this establishment.
Hoping for more professional experience
Clean facility and friendly workers. Was hoping for more of a professional experience, to get engrained with my skin health and provide more of a relaxing moment. Solid place for a quick fix!
Understanding and nice work
Savanna is very understanding and works well and fast. She does great on brows and is easy to talk to!
