I went in for a Botox consult some months ago and had a very poor experience. First of all, I had asked specifically for Botox and not other neurotoxins due to insurance coverage and they told me over the phone they have Botox. Upon arrival they tried to give me a different neurotoxin without informing me. I noticed the bottle was different and proceeded to ask, at which point they became very pushy and tried to convince me to get the other neurotoxin even though I did not want it. The actual consult with the older nurse didn’t involve any actual consulting. She just kept trying to upsell their packages to me and only talked about money the whole time, with zero discussion of the actual procedure and drug. The front desk staff were nice but that was the only good part of this visit.

I had an amazing experience with Martina and Ramona! They were both so professional, kind and understanding. They took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns with a positive attitude. I highly recommend them and will definitely be coming back for more treatments!

I came here with a Groupon. I was on time for my appointment and had to wait an hour. I got lip filler and it looked ok but bumps were obvious which was irrelevant since it was all gone by two weeks they obviously watered down my stuff because I paid with Groupon. Why honour it then? Get off Groupon. I use it to test out places and then I return and am willing to pay full price. Also the upsell was insane.

Their employee Romana asked me to take down my review and offered 3 complimentary sessions to analyse my hair growth before I can decide to continue with them. I insisted to keep the reviews and remove it once I am satisfied with the services as it was my honest review. She forced me to put it down Asap if I want the complimentary sessions. I took it down. However, She left the company that week and didn’t put any notes about it. And I called in to book my appointment, they kept me hanging. It’s been more than 3 months, I kept my calm and gave them time to look for the report and book me in then. Every time, I call, the front end staff assures to call back but never reverted back. This is a huge amount that I have paid for full body yearly package. They do not care about your hard earned money. No worth.

I went in for lip fillers with a “50% off” promo but ended up paying $500 for uneven lips that didn’t heal properly. When I reached out to fix them, they wanted to charge me again, even though I already paid for the service. They also misrepresented their patient numbers and didn’t take accountability for their mistakes. I felt scammed and couldn’t even unsubscribe from their emails. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I have been going to New You Queen location for about a year now for my laser hair removal and overall it has been a great experience. I have seen very good results, and I am really happy with it. I would, and have recommended this place to a few friends. The staff at New You Queen is really nice and professional.
