It was a calming and great experience right from the get-go, being handed a warm towel and the interiors were soothing. The facial itself was great and very structured, done European style. You can also check out their products as they don’t try to upsell you, and the range appears to be affordable and effective.

Calla was great. I had the European facial done and was extremely satisfied with the service. After the service, she scientifically explained what your skin does and tailors to your skin needs. She gave me a simple routine that I will follow to combat my extremely dry skin.

Lovely studio with even lovelier staff. I had my first facial ever here with Olivia (recommended on Reddit) and it surpassed my expectations. Olivia was very knowledgeable about skincare for all different skin types. The facial itself was enjoyable and effective and so far I’m really liking the samples she gave me after the facial to improve my skin (seeing improvement already).

Wow. I had an amazing facial experience with Monika. It was my first comprehensive facial and she was a knowledgeable esthetician. During the session she walked me through what she was doing at my request because I was so curious.

I have had 2 facials at Optaderm and they were good, I bought the products and liked them, however I will never go again. I had an appointment on June 29th and emailed them on the 20th to cancel, I tried to call but it just kept ringing. I got a call reprimanding saying they did not receive my email and that if I called it went into voicemail and I should have left a message, and she insinuated that I was a liar. I forwarded the email to prove that I was not, I will never go there again, this is appalling behaviour.
