I met Milah for the first time today and loved her immediately. She is super friendly and experienced, so I had no worries about how my treatment would go. I’ll definitely continue going back. 👍

It saddens me to write a negative review for my recent experience at this establishment as I really think Tisha is great at her job and Alex was really accommodating at rescheduling. I’m truly disappointed at how unprofessional this establishment is by double booking their customers during their allocated appointment slot. I have already spent over $600 during my first appointment and I was back here for the second session but I left empty handed. I completely understand sometimes the previous client’s session runs late but what happened to me was completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. After waiting for 12 minutes, Tisha came out to tell me to wait longer as she is jumping into a video call with another client during my appointment while I was waiting at the lobby for a total of 20 minutes into our booked 30 mins session. At that point I had decided to leave as there was only 10 minutes remaining of my appointment time and I felt disrespected for my time. I have decided to take my business elsewhere where they honour their appointment time

I went to see Juliana on the recommendation of a friend for massage. She is the best RMT in the city! She took the time to understand the issues with my body and where I needed treatment. Also the space is beautiful. Very relaxing. Already booked my next treatment!

The massage I received from Juliana is the best experience I’ve ever had!! She’s absolutely amazing and so professional and knowledgeable Massage Therapist. She really exceeded my expectations;worked on my shoulders which at times are trouble areas.

This was my first time and such a great experience; I suffer from hyperpigmentation from acne. My treatment was with Nurse Jo, it was very good along with the aftercare. I would recommend and have to many friends and family! I am looking forward to my next treatment.

Pearl gained another loyal customer after my first visit. Actually, 2, as I brought a friend along. We just had our two week touch ups and Nurse Milah is amazing. The unit is obviously beautiful and they know how to make clients of any experience level comfortable.
