If you’re considering a new medspa, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Having recently moved to the city, I chose this place for its convenient location near my office. My experience, however, was far from satisfactory. I initially booked an appointment for Botox, but upon arrival, I was informed that the specialist was unavailable that day. I rescheduled for the following day, only to endure another frustrating encounter. Despite being reassured multiple times by the front desk staff that the provider would see me shortly, I waited for over 30 minutes. Just as I was about to leave, they insisted once again that the provider was on their way. Ultimately, I wasted two days and still didn’t receive the Botox service I needed. Save yourself the hassle and seek out one of the many other medspas in the area that are likely to offer better service.

The facility is gorgeous! The staff is friendly and welcoming. The Dr (Leo) is patient and goes above and beyond to explain any procedures! Not to mention he does amazing work. The Dr assistant is kind and comforting. The whole experience is A+++ and they make a visible effort in maintaining that standard!

Very knowledgeable about fillers, botox and general neurology– which is important when someone is sticking needles into one’s face. Very impressive. Nice, clean, modern, professional.
