They refuse to return my money. I canceled the procedure, and the contract clearly establishes that, regardless of the reason, I am entitled to cancellation with refund, except for the administrative fee. Despite this, they insist that I need to present proof of the cancellation, something that is not provided for in the contract.

From the moment I arrived, she displayed an impeccable level of customer service. Her warm and welcoming attitude immediately put me at ease during what could have been a very stressful experience.

I had a surgery a few months and i am so happy with the whole process. The staff was amazing and their attention towards were unmatched! The doctors and the nurses made me feel so secure!!! I highly recommend, my expectations were more than met!

The office manager Brenda is the absolute worst. She lied CONTINOUSLY. She is very rude. She advised me that she would fill out my FMLA paperwork, assured me that she does this for the patients. She gave me the run around for 2 weeks straight with nothing but lies My experience with Dr Torres was great he put my mind at ease

I had my surgery but I didn’t get medication for the pain. Also I paid for liposuction but the doctor didn’t do that part of my procedure and they would not return my money for the liposuction
