I last went to project skin 2 years ago and I stopped because of the upselling. Quotes for cauterizations were given and then on the spot while doing them the doctor said “oh it seems like a lot more than I initially thought so are you ok with me charging for a large area”. I felt pressured to say ok since she was working on me already. I then made the mistake of booking Botox in which another quote was given.

Every time I visit Project Skin I feel like a movie star. The staff is so friendly and accommodating it makes a girl feel like a VIP.

They have everything you need for any procedure and are very skilled at what they do.

I come out of there looking and feeling fabulous.

Really bad customer service ever!! I waited for almost 30 mins at my first appointment. And at my 2nd visit, I can clearly see the technician is chatting with another staff while I’m waiting outside. However, this time I don’t have another 30 mins to wait for her.

Liz has been super thorough throughout the whole process!! She is super professional so kind!! Also no pain at all if that’s a concern for you!

I initially saw nurse Andra for a dissolving session due to migration ( not her work) but stayed because of her expertise, and have been seeing her since for refills. I couldn’t be happier with the results! She took the time to listen to my goals and thoroughly explained the entire process, making me feel comfortable and well-informed. Her attention to detail and gentle technique made the experience as painless as possible.
