The place is beautiful and good staff
The place is beautiful as well as the staff. I am glad I met a nurse who is my fellowmen. She was nice and made me feel comfortable. My back hurts and that’s my problem but while I was having my treatment I noticed already my back pain was gone suddenly.
I won’t be returning
I enjoyed this place initially, but they refused to honor passes they previously claimed wouldn’t expire, blaming a corporate policy change. They even tried upselling me more passes, despite breaking their original promise. I won’t be returning—trust is lost.
Facility’s cleanliness is concerning
I visited for an infrared sauna session and was shocked they had no water available for such a dehydrating activity. Afterward, I discovered black mold on the ceiling fan in the shower, which is ironic for mold detox therapy. The facility’s cleanliness is unimpressive and concerning.
Services has improved greatly now
Staff is awesome, and the overall experience of using Restore services has improved greatly now that the previous owners, Meraki Group, admitted they had no idea what they were doing and sold to someone who does.
Great recovery therapy
I played two basketball games on a Sunday. I went in on Monday to do compression therapy and cryotherapy. I felt amazing after I was done! Cheyenne was very helpful and very knowledgeable about my services! I highly recommend Restore for recovery therapy!
