I find Ms. Feige very nice and competent, unfortunately communication with the other people here in the practice is often very frustrating and often unnecessarily unfriendly, and they sometimes don’t do what was agreed upon. This can happen, everyone makes mistakes, but you can admit them instead of arguing pointlessly about them. And I think even if you make mistakes or things aren’t perfect, you should at least remain friendly and nice with customers, especially when we’re like that – I haven’t yelled at anyone here or treated anyone badly, so why be so angry with me? Do I really deserve this?
