Satori is the best place to do laser, and Hanna is very professional, wonderful always takes care of she’s clients and gives good advise.

I love Satori Laser and this location, in particular. Anytime a friend asks me about laser hair removal, I recommend them to Satori! I have been coming to Satori at East 57th St for 2ish years now and have received treatment for 2 different body parts. It is affordable (they almost always have a sale running!), efficient and effective (appointments almost always run on time, go so quickly and I noticed results in both areas after the initial treatment!). The environment is calm, clean and welcoming. Hanna is my technician and aside from being wonderful at what she does, she is a wonderful human period. She is sweet, kind, and takes such good care of me. I have come to love her like family and always look forward to seeing her!

I gave feedback after a poor experience and SHOCKINGLY was responded to with: “Please remember we do have the right to refuse service to clients.”

They refused to honor my package, didn’t fully refund me, and provided petty responses defending themselves versus taking responsibility and saying, hey, we messed up, let’s try again.

It’s clearly run by immature, unprofessional people. I only ever got an email response from “Satori Laser Management,” not even a human or a person’s name. Sigh. I suppose the whole thing is run by an AI bot, which would explain a lot.

Don’t support businesses like this.

Very nice! They have a lot of locations, I choose the one nearest to me. On 57th street, the staff there are very friendly! The lady who help me to do the laser is very professional! I bought 6 times package, worth it

Love the service . The place is very clean and sanitized. The process can be painful but it depends on your technician to keep you comfortable. Hanna is my technician and I love her. She takes utmost care in making sure you are not uncomfortable and she works very hard to ensure you get the best results.

I have been visiting the 57th Midtown location of Satori laser for about a year and a half. I have seen Hanna at this location and she is wonderful. I am very happy with my results for underarm laser hair removal. Prior to starting the treatments, I had a lot of hair, it was course, and dark. In the summer I would shave every other day for smooth skin but it would cause irritation. After successfully completing 11 ? treatments I am very happy with the results. I still shave about once a week but the hair is much finer and very sparse. The hair that does grow is very light and it does not bother me because it is fine, soft, and not very noticeable. Your sessions start 5 weeks a part I think but now mine are 8 weeks apart. This location is convenient to my job and I am happy with the location. They honor all their appointments and confirm with me via email in between appointments. I would highly recommend Hanna and this location!
