I do not recommend the terrible care provided by Dr. Israel Sánchez Alvarez. My daughter arrived in the morning for an emergency with severe pain in the head and infection. They told her that they could treat her at 5 in the afternoon. She arrived at the agreed time and waited an hour. and they never treated her, the doctor didn’t care and they didn’t treat her no matter that it was an emergency, zero empathy on the part of this little doctor.
dont respect the timings
they scheduled me for 5 pm and I waited for an hour. The only thing they told me was that when the office was free they would let me in. 1 HOUR was an emergency case and it was worth it.

Very good doctor since he was the first to diagnose my pinser-type labral acetabulum injury and he operated on me and resolved the main problem, however the only thing I would have liked was for him to have given me long-term follow-up. Because I have not been able to solve my problem in its entirety, but nevertheless I recommend it.
Dr is good but not the staff
Dermatologist Sánchez is a professional, he gives an excellent consultation and treatment to the client but the person in charge of scheduling appointments and answering WhatsApp leaves a lot to be desired, she cancels appointments if you do not respond immediately but she does not respond quickly to questions and concerns expressed by that means, it is very rude. It causes clients to be lost due to mistreatment and lack of professionalism.

Excellent care and very professional doctor. He resolved all my doubts in a very friendly and clear manner. His explanations are very comprehensive and he makes sure you have understood. I definitely highly recommend it!
