Issue with their business model
Skintherapy’s treatment probably DOES work, and well. They gave effective lifestyle advice and the skincare consisted of effective ingredients. If you followed their program, it would probably clear up your skin. HOWEVER, I take issue with their business model- it seemed a lot like a cash grab. Skintherapy is absolutely NOT the only way to clear your skin, and I believe it’s a red flag for them to suggest that that is so.
Worth every penny
After struggling with PCOS and hormonal acne for years, the Skincare and Acne Clinic has transformed my skin and confidence in just seven months. Amy has been incredible, guiding me to better results than I ever achieved with six years of birth control. It’s expensive but absolutely worth every penny!
Greedy
The service helped clear my moderate acne initially, but follow-up care felt lackluster, with Jill seeming more focused on money than results. Expensive products and strict cancellation fees add to the frustration. Not worth it for long-term care or addressing specific concerns like blackheads.

Right now, SkinTherapy is my favourite location to go for therapy. It’s one of the best, I enjoy the atmosphere, and everyone is kind and willing to answer any concerns I have about my skin. Since April 2023, I have been visiting and using the product. I’ve noticed a difference in my skin since my first appointment.
