Lisa and the rest of the team are amazing! I have been a client for more than five years (including through a wedding and even despite moving further downtown) and always recommend SoVous to friends. needs better booking system and manners
Called me multiple times to reschedule my appointment because their “booking system put me with the wrong person” Then called again the day before my appointment to say that they cant take my appointment and acted like it was my fault that I wasn’t available at their next time… that was weeks from they appointment they were canceling. Staff is rude and they obviously need to get better systems in place
