I went to the studio to remove my microbladed brows , at first i was excited and was hoping for a good experience since it was my first time but everything felt rushed ! I didn’t feel like they took time and totally not worth the cost. my brows don’t even look a slight bit different and the lady in the front desk sounded irritated when i called asking where the studio was, it was my first time and i didn’t feel comfortable .

I had an incredible experience at Studio Kiku with PMU laser removal! During my first session with Kaori, she addressed all my concerns, took excellent care of me, and ensured my comfort throughout the process despite my initial apprehension about the pain. The second session, with Kalvin, was equally fantastic. He was efficient and gentle, allowing me to achieve excellent results with minimal pain.

Great staff, Great experience with knowledgeable professionals. The studio was super clean and had a great aesthetic, very inviting and modern. They made the process quick and relatively painless, while providing in depth information on their processes and aftercare instructions. I’d highly recommend to those looking for a comfortable Laser removal experience.

My tatoo removal service with Kalvin was amazing! He is very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had prior to booking. During the service he was very thorough and would check in to see how I was doing. The studio space was also very clean and the receptionist had great customer service.

What can I say… Billy is the type of person I’d like to befriend (not in a creepy way), he’s so personable and easy to chat with. I’ve also met his wife and she’s so cool and helpful. He and his team were very honest about my procedure and results and advised me to the best service. I’ve had 3 session and am really happy with the results. The pain was very minimal and Billy did a great job advising me of the after care.

Kind, punctual, clean & tidy environment, great space, attention to detail. I could go on. But mostly, thank you to Billy and Kaori for showing genuine interest and care, in problem solving with me. I look forward to saying goodbye to my stubborn tattoo.

I went to have some very poorly done lip blush (don’t do it kids!) removed on Saturday and they were so nice, explained everything to me, and made me feel so comfortable from the moment I stepped into the studio.

Everyone is so nice, understanding and empathetic. I worked with Kaori and Billy, and they are both very knowledgeable and professional. My brows were very dark and uneven, so after 3 appointments I might need one more visit, but they always do the best they can. It already looks so much better.

I appreciate your patience and kindness, and recommend to everyone!
