Wasted my time
Appointment was at 1:30 October 23 2024. Building front desk (not office front desk)!, asked to keep my state license till I left the appointment. I told them I could not leave it there and had to call dermatologist office to let me in, which they did not answer and it kept going straight to voicemail. So I missed my appointment. ( In conclusion hate people that waste my time) Is what it is do with the info what you will.
Bad staff and doctor and not effective treatments
The attention of the receptionists and the doctor was very cordial. However, in my case, the KTP laser freckle removal treatment was not effective at all, because not a single freckle was removed and the session was very short. I also don’t think that the treatment of creams and soaps prior to the laser has helped me.
the skin product burned my skin
I hadn’t posted the review until I came across a cream sent by a dermatologist who burned the skin on my face for performing a very common procedure, which is burning off the spots with literal nitrogen. It burned me and made me feel like I had freckles. The fact that they had hit me left huge spots on my skin. Fortunately I found a doctor who is ethical and professional who is helping me with the problem that this little doctor left me with! DON’T GO THEY ARE NOT GOOD DERMATOLOGISTS ON THE CONTRARY I HURT MY SKIN TERRIBLY. I REALLY WISH WHAT HAPPENS TO ME WHAT HAPPENS TO NO ONE ELSE.

I don’t put zero because I can’t. Team without any order and no consideration for their clients. A shame. The receptionists 0, no solution and they do not let the client speak! Reading the responses they give to upset clients makes me sad and angry, they only blame the patient and do not accept any blame.
No follow up and no care
Very little warmth and empathy. They did not give me security and I would not have any treatment here again. Dr. Rosario did not follow up with me after the procedure.
Not Effective
I went to the studio for a long time to have various treatments. I purchased the complete permanent hair removal treatment, but unfortunately the hair continues to grow after 10 sessions. I had to go to another dermatology office and pay for more sessions again to permanently stop the hair growth. Finally, it was money wasted on studioderma..
