The doctor is very good. But their equipment or system for making appointments is terrible. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for 6 months.

I wish you could review the issue. I also know that they pay a lot of attention to being careful with verified Instagram accounts, but they should focus their efforts on treating well and taking that care with all their patients.

The best clinic, from the moment you arrive you have a unique experience. I have had some treatments that the doctor recommended and my skin is getting better and better. And boy, I have visited quite a few dermatologists and with Dr Sara I noticed the changes in the first week, I am delighted 💖

I have been a patient for several years. Unfortunately, the last time I did not receive the care I expected, I was in a complicated situation with my skin and despite having sent analysis results, days passed, my skin got worse and I never received a response or treatment. The girls on the staff do treat you well but the consultation is usually very fast and has zero empathy, it is difficult to connect with the doctor. I think that the best deals go only to the “influencers”.

Scammed.

The doctor treats you as quickly as she can, does not do a complete assessment and is zero empathy. I contracted a multi-session treatment for a procedure, THERE WAS NO CHANGE. I don’t know if it works to do an X cleaning, but for the procedures it sells it is a MEGA SCAM!!!

4 years ago I had an acne treatment with Dr Sara and since then my skin looks better than ever! I have recommended her on several occasions and I will continue to do so because of her professionalism, the follow-up to the treatment, the good experience of going to the office where you are always treated well and has the best technology. To this day it is still my derma for everything my skin needs!
