My experience at True Jewel has been great. So far, I’ve gotten Botox and micro-needling here. There’s convenient parking, it’s easy to get to from my house, and both of the Physician Associates who have provided my treatments were personable, fast, and effective. The front desk staff has also been very nice and always promptly return calls. They offer different deals on services each month, and while they might recommend new treatments for you to try, they aren’t pushy if you say you don’t want them or will provide more info if you are interested in learning more before deciding.

My friend referred me here after she and her husband used them and were happy with how things worked out. The office staff has good communication, I appreciate the ease of text messages for appointment confirmations and rescheduling. I went in and had all my questions answered – they were very patient and thorough. I couldn’t wait to begin my laser treatment. When I went to my first session today, everything went smoothly and was quick and easy. I recommend True Jewel for laser treatments.

True Jewel Cosmetic is the BEST! I just got Botox here, and I am absolutely in love! The experience was incredible—the staff is so sweet, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease, this is definitely my new go-to spot for injections. Highly recommend.

Nichole is amazing! I don’t think I’ve ever met someone who knows how to do a consult like Nichole. Not only does she explain procedures and inform you of everything from beginning to end with all the fine details, pros and cons, and everything you need or would want to know but she does it in a way that educates so you that you can retain the information. Best PA I’ve ever met!!

Parking is underground and first 90 minutes are free. Reception very clean and cozy. Snacks and beverages available at the front. Girls at desk were very friendly. Was taken back right away. New to the area, and this was my first visit to True Jewel to discuss Botox and filler options and see if this place is the right fit for me long term. I had a really great consult and they were very clear and patient when discussing pricing and promotions. I ended up getting Botox same day and am very happy with Nichole’s work, she is efficient with the needle but still has a soft hand which is important. We spent a good amount of time discussing my goals as well as what she saw could be done to meet those goals. Very patient and informative. Will be back!
