I went to see Naz twice and she was terrific! She was helpful, kind, and helped me choose a service that I was comfortable with. The girl at the front desk, Brisa, was very sweet and helpful. She was super welcoming and definitely made the visit smooth and easy for me!

Denied lip filler because I get IVIG? A nurse at Upkeep UES claimed it’s because I’m on immunosuppressants. Spoiler: IVIG isn’t an immunosuppressant. If you’re going to gatekeep beauty, at least get your science right.

I recommend upkeep to all my friends. Everyone is so nice and it’s always a great experience with great results. I’m so happy to have found this place!

i was so nervous about getting lip filler but Janet was so sweet, informative, and reassuring! Not to mention she also accomplished exactly what i wanted for my lips. i’m very happy!!!

Upkeep has been the only place I’ve gotten lipfillers! From my first time until now. Although throughout the years I changed injectors. This has been my worst experience! I came back for a quick lip and tried a new filler and injector. After a month my lips still have a “divet” and it is so obvious. I didn’t leave satisfied like my prior times. All the injector suggested was continued massage. Upon reading the injector was suppose to refill that area that is left “botched” because of her injecting technique or choice of filler the lips look uneven because of this dent on the lower lip. I don’t recommend this place anymore. Now I’m back to researching real injectors to help with the botched lip.The injector is NAZ! Injector NAZ. 2 months later the dent is still on my lip. Thanks for the not so great tips NaZ
