The staff and entire experience was great
I went to see Alfie and she was so amazing! I’ve been wanting lip filler done for years, and I was recommended her via a friend of mine who’s lips I absolutely fell in love with. I definitely recommend her and this business. The staff and entire experience was great. I LOVE my lips now and will definitely be returning.
Deeply disappointed
I’m deeply disappointed with my rhinoplasty and chin implant by Dr. Thompson—the chin implant was crooked and overcorrected, and my nose now has a curved bridge, a visible “hole,” and a deviated septum. The results are far from what was discussed, and revisions will cost thousands. I trusted Utah Facial Plastics and now face the devastation of needing a correction.
The whole treatment seemed rushed
Love this place but was slightly disappointed in my birthday month hydrafacial . It seemed rushed , not sure if it’s bc it was technically “free” or included in my membership and not sure how long that treatment normally takes , but I was out of there in less than a half hour

Hide information at my first appointment
The staff and doctor hid some information about the doctor that ALL PATIENTS would want to know. If they are willing to lie or hide information at my first appointment, how far will they go?
Waste of money
This place is a horrible waste of money. I can’t even bring myself to go back and use the rest of my pre paid units. The doctor, Mr Manning also tried to insult my job. What a jerk. Go to a dermatologist instead. Much better results.
