I had an excellent experience at Victoria Park Medispa with Ultherapy from Anna. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. The front desk staff was also friendly and welcoming—highly recommend!
dermatologist was excellent
My first visit to this dermatologist was excellent, with a thorough exam and friendly staff. The doctor was professional and didn’t push unnecessary treatments, while the laser treatment manager was informative and not pushy. A great balance of medical and cosmetic care—I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Staff was attentive and professional. During the consultation Courtney was knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant, and took the time to explain all the details of the treatment, and costs. She also suggested additional products to supplement the treatment and provided a sample for me to try. 5 stars!

Assessment : very professional and warm, Anna was generous with her time . We decided on a course of treatment for me and booked sessions for 3 months hence. I am a returning client who was pleased with the results from treating brown age spots on my face. Obviously, I was very happy the first time!
quick and painless
The removal of a skin tag was quick and painless.
wasn't impressed
The woman who is the office or company manager Claudia is very very pushy. She pushes the most expensive procedures and tries to goad you into getting their very expensive products. I wasn’t impressed with the pushiness of the staff.
Anna was very helpful
Anna was very helpful in determine the night skincare for Mex. Likewise, the receptionist was friendly and patient . A great experience.

Staff were very friendly. We saw the cosmetologist (Claudia), who explained some basics of skin care, and booked us for a more thorough assessment in the coming week
