Excellent experience at the Laserel République center. Ingrid is charming, attentive and the sessions are perfectly painless. Very satisfied with the result! I recommend!
waited over 10 mins for some code, other then this all good
I waited 10 minutes outside the door because I didn’t have a code and no one answered the phone number provided. Otherwise RAS
No follow up for consultation also staff didnt know how to work
Contrary to the response provided by the establishment, no one contacted me following the appointment. No one answered my multiple calls either. The technical problem could have been prevented if the operation of your equipment was checked before my appointment but with the nurse who arrived late this was not possible. The staff at a laser establishment had no idea how to handle the laser and made video calls for help with a customer (me) in the background – I don’t think we can be less professional than that.

What struck me was the welcome. Anaïs was great from A to Z. Very social and very sweet. She will know how to put you at ease. She will also answer all your questions with kindness. Regarding my session I performed laser on several areas, in terms of pain I didn’t feel much. There is a cold air system which is projected onto the treated area and which helps to reduce the sensation of heat and tingling. Having ebony skin, I am aimed more at people with dark skin who will be able to identify more easil
