All good except the sunscreen they applied
overall i had a really good experience here. the staff were really kind and translated for me well. my only issue is that the sunscreen was not compatible for dark skin. i went to the bathroom before i left and i had a purplish hue on my face that i had to wipe off. i was disappointed they would let me leave like that.
Expensive but caring
I feel that it is too expensive for the results, the super good care.
Using non branded products
They use their own brand for their facials that anyone can manufacture and package. There are no professional brand products, which leaves a lot to be desired, and the girls’ attitude is very unfriendly. Nothing to do with what they promise. It doesn’t seem like a professional place for that type of service to me.
Not worth the price
My girlfriend did the « signature facial » and was really disappointed. It pretends to be a serious wellness spa place but the treatment was (very much) low maintenance/quality. Every steps of the special treatment felt superficial and not effective. What’s more there is no privacy and it doesn’t feel clean or professionnal. To conclude, the (expensive) price of the treatment does not meet the quality of the service.
I did hydrafcaial and it was great
WOW! This spa blew me away from the moment I stepped in the door. It’s a beautiful and luxurious space. Jasmine saw me right away for my hydrafacial. She has a magic touch! The service was relaxing and left me feeling brand new. A week later my skin looks stunning: discoloration has reduced dramatically and my acne scars have gotten smaller. Everything about this place is perfection.
