2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with the following information:

Identification of the Removed Content:

•Provide the location of the removed content (e.g., URL).

Statement Under Penalty of Perjury:

•A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Consent to Jurisdiction:

•A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.

3. Procedure Upon Receipt of Notice

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Verified Care will:

1.Review the Notice: Ensure that all required information is included and that the notice complies with DMCA requirements.

2.Remove or Disable Access: If the notice is valid, promptly remove or disable access to the infringing content.

3.Notify the User: Inform the user who posted the content about the removal and provide information about their right to submit a counter-notification.

4.Forward the Notice: If the content owner does not file a counter-notification within 10 business days, Verified Care may restore the removed content.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In compliance with the DMCA, Verified Care will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

5. Good Faith Effort

Verified Care makes a good faith effort to promptly remove or disable access to infringing content upon receiving a valid DMCA notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Verified Care is not liable for any damages arising from the removal of content or the failure to detect infringing content.
