•No Account Creation: Verified Care does not require or allow users to create accounts on our platform. All interactions and submissions are handled without the need for user accounts.

•Prohibited Content: Do not post defamatory, obscene, harmful, or illegal content. Any content that violates these guidelines may be removed.
•Respectful Interaction: Treat other users and clinic representatives with respect. Harassment, threats, or abusive language are not tolerated.
3. Content Ownership and Use
•User-Generated Content: By submitting reviews, photos, or any other content to Verified Care, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display such content within our platform and related services.
•Use of Clinic Pictures:
•Publicly Available Images: Verified Care may use images of clinics that are publicly available or provided by the clinics themselves. We ensure that all images used are either publicly accessible or obtained with proper authorization.
•Watermarked Images: To protect the rights of the original image owners and prevent unauthorized use, we utilize watermarked images where applicable. These watermarks help identify the source and deter misuse.
•No Ownership Claims: Verified Care does not claim ownership of any clinic images. All such images remain the property of their respective owners.
•Infringement Claims: If you believe that any image on our platform infringes upon your rights, please contact us at contact@verifiedcare.co so we can address your concerns promptly.
4. Public Visibility of Content
•Public Posting: All content you post on Verified Care, including reviews, photos, and comments, will be publicly visible to other users and visitors of the Site. By posting content, you consent to the public display of your information and understand that it can be accessed by anyone.
•Personal Information: We urge you to be cautious about sharing personal information in your reviews or any other content. Avoid including sensitive data such as your full name, address, phone number, or any other information that could be used to identify you personally.
5. Disclaimers
•Opinions of Reviewers: The opinions expressed in user-generated reviews are solely those of the reviewers and do not necessarily reflect the views or opinions of Verified Care. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of content through moderation and follow-up when necessary, we do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any user-generated content.

6. Legal Compliance
A. Communications Decency Act (CDA) Section 230
•Liability Protection: Verified Care is protected under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (CDA), which shields us from liability for user-generated content. This means that as long as we are not directly involved in creating or editing user content in a way that makes it defamatory, we are not held liable for defamatory statements made by users.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
•No Warranties: Our platform is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
•Limitation of Liability: Verified Care is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
•Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Verified Care, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

2. Counter-Notification

3. Procedure Upon Receipt of Notice
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Verified Care will:
1.Review the Notice: Ensure that all required information is included and that the notice complies with DMCA requirements.
2.Remove or Disable Access: If the notice is valid, promptly remove or disable access to the infringing content.
3.Notify the User: Inform the user who posted the content about the removal and provide information about their right to submit a counter-notification.
4.Forward the Notice: If the content owner does not file a counter-notification within 10 business days, Verified Care may restore the removed content.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In compliance with the DMCA, Verified Care will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
5. Good Faith Effort
Verified Care makes a good faith effort to promptly remove or disable access to infringing content upon receiving a valid DMCA notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
Verified Care is not liable for any damages arising from the removal of content or the failure to detect infringing content.
